Who doesn't like free music? More so when it is high quality. Currently we have a small roster of artists. But as we continue to grow we will keep releasing good music via this page straight to you. All of our Artists are protected under creative commons copyright, and may not be used for anything other than personal enjoyment. If you are in a spending mood you can choose to pay whatever you want for each album. All money collected goes towards artist development(rent, food) and the release of new quality music.
All files are available in multiple formats(MP3, FLAC, AAC, OGG) and download into a zip file. Most of our releases are classified as "Digital Packages" and therefor have goodies and extras included. Pawn Shop consists of two reanimated human corpses playing busted instruments into half working microphones. A gypsy funk duo specializing in voodoo, mythos and occult hymns. The music is centered around the ideals of true school Hip-Hop instrumentalism with influences from 70's funk, early dub, and ethio jazz, just to name a few.

Rowan Converse is a multi-instrumentalist based out of Ohio, with a fondness for track jackets. His musical style has baffled the likes of critics and fans alike, and he continues to avoid the question 'what kind of music do you play?' He started out with a beat-up acoustic guitar he won in a dice game against a no-legged hobo. A year later he bought a bass guitar at a pawn shop in the roughest part of downtown Cincinnati. Shortly after that he found a mini-tape recorder in the basement of an abandoned steel mill, and the rest is history. His recording methods have always been somewhat unorthodox, but insists that it is hard to play by the rules when you don't know what the rules are.
ROWAN CONVERSE - BREAK FAILURE
This album is the first public release by the obscure yet prolific multi-instrumentalist Rowan Converse. Drawing on influences from italian horror movie scores, to accidental funk, to blaxploitation films, Mr. Converse has concocted a musical contrivance that some may consider “music you can listen to, but never hear.” Never inhibited by the opinions of his peers, his music is unpredictable, but pleasantly surprising.
